The NowTV Esports Industry Awards nominations were split into two group stages. Stage one is the industry side, encompassing the awards focused around providers in esports whether this is live coverage of events, the latest news or the tools to enable the players to play the game. Stage two is for our player based awards. Group 1 Industry nominations opened in April and were a great success having received over 10,000 nominations.
The nominations have been verified, counted, and compiled into a shortlist of worthy finalists. We see the return of some familiar faces looking to get their hands on a NowTV Esports Industry Award. We also see many newcomers looking for their first taste of real recognition for their commitment to the industry. One thing is for certain, this year’s NowTV Esports Industry Awards will be monumental. The level of competition this year could not be higher and we are immensely grateful to everybody who took the time to nominate for this year’s NowTV Esports Industry Awards.
